Welcome to the As It Is in Heaven Blog!

Our goal is to help you learn about the Bible according to what is recorded in the Bible, not our own thoughts or opinions. There are so many questions and lots of confusion surrounding God’s Word, so our aim is to help you find clarity and answers here.

Whether you’ve been reading the Bible your whole life, or you haven’t touched it in years, or maybe you don’t even identify as a Christian, everyone is welcome here. Questions are encouraged, and all answers are provided according to the Bible.

Let’s get to know the Bible more together and grow in our understanding of God’s Word that contains His heart, His love, and His plan for us all.

This blog is from the church New Heaven and New Earth. At our church, the focus is on the Bible – just the Bible – and what God has written and promised through it. As God has told us in John 1:1, He is the Word. The more we know the Word, the more we know God Himself. As believers in God, isn’t that what it’s all about?

We hope you’ll be inspired to think about your relationship with God in new ways and take it to a deeper level than it has ever been before. Because ultimately, that’s God’s will and hope for you too.

As It Is in Heaven belongs to the International Department of Shincheonji, Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony.
Shincheonji (SCJ) was established on March 14, 1984 in Gwacheon, South Korea.

SCJ in English is New Heaven and New Earth which you might recognize from Revelation 21:1.

Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

Everything about our church is created and carried out according to the promises in the Bible. From the word that’s taught, to the structure, to carrying out the tasks God has appointed, God’s Word guides and directs everything at New Heaven and New Earth. Here, we learn about and teach the promises that God recorded throughout the Bible in hopes that the whole world can come to know God’s great grace and plan for salvation.
